San Amvrosia was launched in 1994 with the specific aim of introducing Mediterranean style fresh dips to the health food market.

Although the company begun with a limited range of products, it was the first to launch a flavoured houmous, with added fresh avocado.  Since then San Amvrosia has introduced a wide range and flavoured of fresh dips including a fully organic range.

Currently there are 9 fresh dips available, all prepared on site using only the best ingredients.  There are no artificial additives, preservatives or genetically modified ingredients in any of our products including the non organic range.
